I am an International Animal Eco Chaplain with my own shelter and non profit rescue Fundación Pet Aid Colombia Animal Rescue. At the moment we are at maximum capacity and we need to make some more space for our dogs to have space to run and play and be stress free.
I am also the only rescuer in the city that rescues and houses Potentially Dangerous Breeds as classified by our law, the Police Code. This includes Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers and Rottweiler. I have 12 of them all together. Total I have 54 dogs and 13 cats.
At the present time I have several dogs that need to be separated by kennels that have enough space and a safety area. However we are short of kennels too. In order to make more kennels and expand their socializing and exercising area, we need to repair a 30 meter wall for which we need to knock some down and reconstruct the foundation for the columns, the columns need to be done and reinforced. We need rebar and gravel, cement, blocks and sand.
The owner of the shelter lot will help with about 40% of the wall. We are relying on you for the rest of the funds to get the task done.
There are at least 800 square meters that we are unable to use and the only thing keeping the dogs inside are wooden pallets that may give.
You can follow the work being done via Facebook on our page:
We appreciate very much your help to accomplish this task. May you be blessed for your help
