Suffering with Depression and having problem at work

I was diagnosed with Moderate Depression earlier this year.

at the same time I'm having problem at my workplace, however the management had been very supportive and give me paid leave for few months. However I'm not eligible to the Allowances which contribute to my main income, only basic salary is given.

however I still got numbers of commitment to settle every month. finish all my savings.

i need your contribution for me to settle my car loan, insurances, personal loan and my daily expenses which I usually use my allowance for those payment.

I highly appreciate your small contribution towards me to continue my life, of course as a Depressed person, I dont want to live anymore. but I'm trying to cure that and continue my life as everyone else did. please support my will to live.
