Studying computer science abroad

At 37 years old, and after an unsuccessful career path, and depressed hopeless life, filled with fear and sadness (And multiple suicide attempts), I have finally taken my final and determined decision of moving and studying abroad, which I see it as my last attempt in perusing a fulfilled and meaningful life.

The problem is.. Neither me, nor my familly, have the money necessary for any of this, not even one tenth of it.. And my mother even needs medical treatment, which we have almost ran out of money, trying to give her that treatment and surgeries.. I even need a lot of medical treatment, including a lot of scanning on my head, with the possibility of needing a brain surgery.

My sister has a young girl, 5 years, who is autistic and need a lot of sessions and special education and medicines, and they (Along with me and mother) are trying to do their best, bu our best is too little,compared to what the girl need.
