Hi, I am Victor. I am starting this fundraiser even though it looks like it would be a long shot. I am however possitive that all will turn out good. I live in a little community in Ghana, Africa. Against the odds, I have been able to put myself throught the university, after which I have gained admission to study in Germany. I get to get a degree in Business Adminstration with Computer Science Everyone else in my locality is interested in farming rather than pursue academic endeavour. I need 7908euros to pay for my sperkonto. It is a locked account for students to be able to study in Germany. I have been able to raise some money to pay for other costs but this one.
