Student loan only covers half of university costs

I am enrolled in a course of Bachelor of Pharmacy at CUCMS that costs RM150,000 or roughly around $50,000 for 8 semesters. I took out a student loan, however, it only covers half of the costs of each semester. I have completed three semesters with half of the costs covered by my single mother. This however cannot be continued as she was notified that she has to start paying her PhD course which is RM120,000 or $39,500.

I live at the student dorms, cook my own food and try to save as much money as possible. At this rate, we will need to sell our house and car in order to be able to continue my studies. Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated. Please share if possible.
