Stopping crime by creating employment

I am a young farmer from Kericho, Kenya. it makes me sad when I see my fellow youths getting involve in drugs and crimes because of high rate of unemployment. I would like to help them shape their life a better future, but I alone cant manage. Have tried contacting our local leaders but they dont care, so I came up with an idea to help them, thats through poultry farming which so far is untapped. I have a small piece of land where i can start the project on, a small incubator (96 eggs capacity) and also a few chicken. So as to get a number of youths on board I should increase the number of chicken, the size of incubator and also reconstruct the chicken house. 2500 dollars will be enough for the start, because after that the business will be generating income through sale of eggs, chicks, chicken and in the near future chicken chops.
