Starting my Farm

I currently have access to 5 acres of farm land in St James. I want to start a farm there. Land is right beside a river. I invested some money a few months ago an planted red peas for sale however i did not have enough funds to see it to fruition. I have learnt a lot from that investment. Now I want to plant an acre of planting 2 acres of cocos and use the rest for cash crop etc. I would really love this opportunity since it has great possibilities.
