Starting Epoxy benchtop business

Hi friends,

My name is Jason, and for some time, looking at starting a business up doing Metallic Epoxy bench tops and floors in the NE region of Victoria.

I am a 3rd year mature age apprentice and looking at running this along side of my apprenticeship.

I came up with this idea about 6 months ago and researched suppliers and costs of starting, however was not looking at starting up till this week past.

Just landed myself a new job as an apprentice Cabinet maker, and my boss is very interested in these bench tops and so is the cabinet maker next door, allowing for immediate start and potential growth in the business.

If this business does take off, it may become my full time job after i finish my apprenticeship, as i expand into doing floors as well.

Right now I am needing just under $1000 to get materials and equipment, so i can make sample products to be able secure work in the bench tops. Later i will expand into floors as I continue the business and can afford the additional equipment to do so

Any assistance in this would be appreciated.
