Starting a boat renting business in Greece

My dream is to establish a boat renting company in a Greek island but I don't have the money. I need 10000 euros for a decent boat like the one in the picture. My idea is that since this kind of boat cost to rent is about 200 euros per day , I could have the boat by collecting in advance 50 euros from 200 persons and offer them back a free day with the boat when they come in the island for vacations. In this way 200 people will get a special price for a unique experience , and I can make my dream a reality. Plus I will have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world !

The boat I intend to buy does not require a licence , so anyone can join. I am located in Paros , a wonderful island in Aegean Sea in Greece.
