Start of a new normal life of a jobless

Hello! A good day to everyone! Hope someone with a good heart will catch my attention.

I am a Filipino, residing in Philippines who was greatly affected my job brought by this pandemic. As we all know that is never safe to go outside and make another way to live to survive, I am planning to have my own career/business instead that will not put my health at risk, including people around me. I would like to ask for any help that you could give me to let me start my career/business. I have no extra money to spend to this new plan of mine as I have already spent it on some other expenses and debt, also brought by this pandemic.
