Start LPG Business to reduce respiratory complications in rural areas

I would like to start an LPG business in my rural area of Gatundu,kiambu county in Kenya because since I was born we used firewood and kerosene which is bad for the health and can bring about respiratory complications and even damage to eyesight but if I were to set up an LPG shop in my rural home I would retail the gas at a cheaper price to the community and even lend them the LPG cylinder then they pay back at a later date,and with that life expectancy would be expanded and hospital bills directed to other activities.Thank you for your consideration.
