Be a star and keep Sami's future bright

Sami is the only child of Nina and Franco. Smart, sweet, and creative, she is the center of their young family and her parents' daily source of inspiration.

Three years ago the stars dimmed over their family when Sami's father Franco was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The tumor was inoperable and found in three different parts of his brain. Their only option was for Franco to undergo multiple rounds of radio- and chemotherapy to keep the tumor from growing. A regimen they have been trying to follow ever since.

To keep up with the treatment, their family spends half a million pesos every month. A sum that would severely burden any family. Money from friends and relatives, health insurance and government assistance programs helps keep them afloat but the bills are piling up and their savings are going down. Their family needs our help.

To keep their family fighting, we are launching the Million Stars campaign to raise funds for Sami - the center of their family's universe. Our goal is to raise P1M, money that will go towards funding Sami's education and other future needs. It is a way to keep her future bright - whatever happens as Franco fights this dreadful disease.

Every time Franco leaves for the hospital to undergo treatment, Sami would cheer 'Fight Daddy, Fight!'. Together let's also give Sami a fighting chance in life by helping secure her future.
