SPUD needs your help

Spud arrived at the vets after being picked as a stray who was struggling to survive by the Dog Warden, sadly he had a bad wound under his front leg which meant he needed to stay at the vets for a little while. As Christmas approached we couldn’t leave him at the vets on his own so a foster home was found for him to recover, whilst there it became apparent that there were other issues that need investigation. X.rays and examinations have shown that he has a big problem with his right hip and needs a TPLO operation and also a suffering with a cruciate ligament on his right leg. As he is such a small active dog weighing just 4kg his prognosis and is very good once his problems are addressed. Spud is around 8 years old and is a happy, loving and very active boy despite his problems and we would love to give him a pain free future for may more years to come. Spuds operation costs are going to be over €500 so if you can spare a little to help us meet his costs we would be extremely grateful. There is a little in the pot to start us off, so please donate if you can, any amount would be a help. We would love to get him booked in as early as possible to start his road to recovery.
