Softball Equipment

Hi! Im Sammy, 16 years old and from the Philippines. I've been aspiring to play softball for a long time now but due to my family's financial needs, I cant purchase my own equipment. Ive been saving up but because of other expenses I couldnt make it possible and i wouldn't want to be a burden to my parent. A bat alone costs $90. I only ever get to practice when I borrow my friend's or I use the school's worn out equipment which is pretty hard to handle especially for catching.
