Sick Mom to deliver soon

I a mother of two. Now I am pregnant with my 3rd baby I am diabetic and pregnant . The past year have been a struggle in our family both health and financial issues. I am working at this time and trying my best to be able to sustain all the medicines I need. But no matter how I try it's really not enough. Sometimes I skip insulin because I don't have enough money and I choose to buy the needs of my young children. Very soon I needed to have a surgery but I still don't have any amount saved I am nervous and sincerely praying for a successful operation. I want to live for my children be well,work and take care of them as much as I can. I hope that I could raise for my operation and medicines. It will be very soon... I keep my faith to stay strong.
