Shelter cat Tigi needs help with vet bill!

Tigi is a gentle giant tabby I rescued in Nov.2017 We decided with his vets that it was best to declaw his 2 damaged back leg claws, as he couldn't retract them and would cause his paw injuries. I assume they would get caught in places and he would come home with a bleeding paw all too often. I waited this long as I was hoping he would adapt and not get constantly injured. Unfortunately, his claws and deformed toes cojoined and were impossible to separate, thus the vets were forced to remove his 2 deformed toes.

Coincidently, he let me know he was having urinary issues lately, so I asked the vets to also check him when under sedation and they feared he might have gotten a kidney infection from what they saw. Luckily his bloodwork was clean but he must eat urinary food and take supplements.

Of course all this has created a vet bill I cannot cover, as I had to cover bills for my house cats and buy defleaing supplies and food for everyone. The cost of Tigi's bill is 310euros. If you care to donate by PayPal use [email protected] or directly at our clinic At The Vets

Tigi's story: Abandoned at the park at 2 months old, tough stray lil guy who survived, a month later he went missing and then approached me with a rotting leg! He endured the constant wound dressing changes and antibiotics for 6 months. We saved his leg but he lost 2 toes & the nails on two of his remaining toes didnt retract!
