Service dog for my mentally challenged brother

This campain is for my brother Johann Isaac Samarista, 13 years who is diagnosed with microcephalus. Due to the lack of money of our family, I would like to ask for help from yoy guys, my brother need a service dog to help him get by his pannic attacks, mood swings, and banging of his head on the floor or wall. He needs something that would keep him calm and at the same time a dog who is going to watch out for him.
