Service charge dept to not get homeless

I am a university student in Dubai, living with my older brother who recently got an injury and doesn't work, and my single mother, who is without a job. My mother has a AED300,000+ debt that she owes as service charge fees for the house which she couldn't pay off ever since our father cold-shouldered us. Given that I have yet to finish my studies and that we are being threatened to have our house put on an auction if we don't pay the debt, my mother cannot sleep at night thinking of this and I might have to sacrifice my education and future plans to work and pay off that sum.

I started this fund without my mother knowing because she is too tired taking care of my brother right now, who got an injury from work and his salary is being cut as well. I am trying to find any way to receive a discount for those fees as they are too high and we really shouldn' be paying AED30-40,000 per year for nothing.

This is really my way of telling my mum I can try help in any way possible but also for her to realise that once the debt is covered, that we should sell the house and leave the place.

I would appreciate any help we may get as this debt is ever-growing and the threats we receive will only continue to grow, but none are willing to compromise with us or hear us out; we have no option but to find money and pay it off.
