Send me on a Medical Scholar Laureate!

My name is Demi, I am a second year student at university in Perth and have been nominated to represent Australia, my university and community as a member of the International Scholar Laureate Program Delegation in the United States in June 2013.

ISLP nominates exceptional college and university students from around the world to this experiential educational program.

Attending this program will challenge me to develop my leadership skills and reach my career goals of becoming a Psychologist. I am majoring in Psychology and plan to graduate in 2014. I maintain a High Distinction grade point average, am involved in the Golden Key International Honour Society and was recently nominated as Vice President of this institution

My participation in the Program depends on whether I can raise $1,000 in sponsorships. (The program tuition is $3,900 and my travel to the program will be approximately $3,000.) I am investing every dollar I can of my own money to make sure I don’t miss out on this once?in?a?lifetime experience and am also taking on extra jobs to raise the funds I need.
