Second Hand Car for University Student

Hi, I'm a university student who has a driving license for over a year but still with no car. To get to classes and back home everyday, I have to rely on a few public buses which takes up hours of my day. Whenever there are social events I'm required to attend, I either have to trouble my parents or friends to get me to my destination safely. Without the flexibility nor the freedom of movement for me in this city, I tend to miss out on a lot of working or learning opportunities. Anyone who knows me can testify for my consistent excellent grades and my anxiety for breaking the rules. So, in order to remove the stress of my parents for my daily transport and save much time of my days in university, it would mean a lot for me if i can afford a second hand car.
