Campaign Story
Good day, I am raising funds for my father Mr. Conrado Dela Cruz. Last October 26, 2019 he had stroke and soon followed by heart attack last November 1. He needs to undergo heart bypass. However, last November 5 he had another mild stroke while in ICU. His Blood Pressure needs to be stable in order for him to undergo heart bypass operation. His medication is continuous and the operation is quite expensive. Our family funds is very limited. I hope you find in your heart to give my father a chance to live longer and enjoy life with his grandchildrens.
