I, Presentacion Sumido, wife of Melchor M. Sumido is raising this campaign for my dear husband's surgery.
He was hospitalized for more than two weeks because of complications of diabetes and has undergone series of laboratory tests, debridement operations, and series of dialysis procedures. Now, he is due for limb surgery of his gangrenous limb and his family can no longer sustain the cost and expenses. So, we are knocking on the door to your hearts and asking for your financial help to fund my husband's limb surgery. The proceeds of this campaign will cover his surgery and hospital bills.
