Save Troodos Mountain from fires

Our Story

The latest fires in Troodos mountain forest in Cyprus have been another devastating destruction of the local ecosystem. A large area of forest has been burned, reducing even more the forest size and intensifying the desertification of the island. The only way to revert the desertification process is to start a large scale reforestation program . The cause is targeted towards raising the money for the development of a local reforestation platform which will aim in maintaining a continuous reforestation program. This platform will be an online tool that will target to create a reforestation community that will have the following targets.

•Launch continuously reforestation actions in coordination with the local authorities.

•Launch education campaigns towards developing reforestation culture.
