Campaign Story
Charcoal and firewood are the commonly used as cooking fuel all across Somaliland.This dependence is responsible for the prevailing deforestation and soil degradation which have impacted the environmental adversely.
To save the forest,our project seeks to introduce a simple low cost and reliable technology that involves recycling agricultural waste to manufacture charcoal Briquettes.
Our objectives are;
1)Eradication of deforestation.
2)Educate and sensitize the people about the effects of deforestation,climate change and global warming.
3)Recycling of waste for a clean environment.
And Lastly country wide campaign teaching the community Briquettes making skills.
