Save the Africa

2020年是一個多事之秋的一年，這一年因新冠病毒肺炎很多人離我們而去，在歐美國家更是爆發性的增長。我們呼籲歐美國家的公民，在疫情沒有結束之前，請盡量減少聚會，出門請務必戴口罩，這樣雖然麻煩，但是這樣可以保護自己，減少被傳染的幾率。（2020 is an eventful year. 面對任何危機，弱勢群體總是會遭受最嚴重的傷害，非洲是全球醫療公共體系最脆弱的大陸，而非洲城市裡的貧民窟更是衛生設備最落後的地方。（In the face of any crisis, vulnerable groups will always suffer the most serious damage. Africa is the most vulnerable continent in the global medical public system, and the slums in African cities are the most backward places in sanitation.）

非洲疾病控制及預防中心（Africa CDC）警告，新冠肺炎（武漢肺炎）將對非洲造成「生存威脅」，整個大陸已經有1萬2000多人確診。在撒哈拉以南城市，瘟疫將對約5300萬名生活在貧民窟里的人們造成嚴峻挑戰，那裡沒有公權力、也無社交疏離空間。美國《時代》雜誌指出，如果無法進行有效的全民社會疏離，公衛專家估計可能有1/4以上人口染疫，在非洲等於是將有2.5億人染病。（The African Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) warns that the new coronary pneumonia (Wuhan pneumonia) will pose a "survival threat" to Africa, and more than 12,000 people have been diagnosed on the entire continent.
