Save Sachiko

We have a pet dog named Sachiko and is current 4 years old.

She is a very sweet and loving dog who we consider as family.

Ever since she became ill, she became very weak and fragile. We were worried about what happened that made her like this but we didn't have the means to take her to the vet for a check up since we are suffering financially.

Although from the symptoms, we do know that she had pollen allergy. At first we thought it was just a mild reaction, but as time passed by, it gradually became severe. She also seemed to have mange.

Her coat became dry and rough, then the next day, it was full of dandruff. Bit by bit, her fur came off leaving her with bald spots. The dandruff formed at the base of the rest of her fur which made it easier for her coat to come off.

Eventually, her energy seemed to have lessened and she became skin and bones. She couldn't even jump on a step, and whenever she jumps down from something, most of the times, she always fall face flat..

My heart couldn't stand seeing her like this and I was extremely worried and anxious on what could happen next if we let this be because I knew she needed medical attention as soon as possible before it could even get worse. I had no idea what to do but think of getting her serious, professional tending. Which was letting her be in veterinarian's care temporarily until she gets better.

Since we were aware that we didn't have any money to atleast take her to a check up, moreover take her to the vet for medication tending, we went to our friends to help us out.

But all we got in response was, "It's just a dog. We do not waste money on pets because we could just get a new one. Instead, we just put them down."

It made us very mad to think that such heavy words came out of their mouth so easily. It didn't even sound like they were talking about a living creature.

Still, we know that the day will come where Sachiko will recover and go back to her old, usual, playful self which would rest us assured that she will live the rest of her life healthy. Although we may not have much, we are doing everything we can to help her get out of this devastating state.

ALL of the donations received will be used for Sachiko's necessities and medication expenses.
