Save our staff

We live in a backpackers hostel in Diani Beach, Kenya. All of our staff are from the local community and we employ a total of 12 people. Sadly, on Friday 26/09/14 two of these people broke into our home and stole the entire safe and its contents. We are baffled as to why this happened as the staff are treated fairly and kindly and are always paid on time. Unfortunately this was just a few days before pay day for the rest of the staff. Our staff all work very hard and value their jobs greatly. Tourism is down in Kenya and to find a new job at this time would be almost impossible. The staff are all supporting families and paying rent. Without their months pay they will not be able to feed their families and pay the school fees for their children. As we have had all of our money stolen too we are not in a position to help them. This is why we are asking for your help to save our staff. If we can raise the money to pay them and our rent we can keep the business open and keep their jobs. If we can not raise enough then at least we can offer them some severance and give them a chance for a future. If you debate about charity giving and where the money goes than this is a situation where you can be confident it will go directly to the people who need it. We have 10 innocent staff and we don't want them to suffer. Thank you.
