Save my Home by Auction (Nilami)

Hello My Wellwishers,

My name is Mahendra Atoliya and I lived in Jaipur, Rajasthan India.

I am in a trouble. I have take a loan of amount 3,50,000 Rs from SK finance company in 2016. The company cheated me and applied a ROI of 22.30% PA. I have paid almost 38 installment out of 84. But no one want to hear my issue regarding ROI. After that I stoped my installments and also lost my job. Now SK file a case against me in the police station and in court also. Now court saying that pay the amount otherwise your property will be sold by Auction. So I don't have a job and also not have money to repay the amount. The amount is pending approx 10,00,000 Rs by adding the penalties and other case charges. So I have 29th Apr, 2023 as deadline.

So now please help to save my home. I am only one in my family who earn but this time I am also unemployed. I attached court notic for Home Kurki. It's pending amount approx 4,00,000 Rs.
