Save My Education and My Future Please!

Hello,

I am really depressed right now. I need immediate advice.
Here is my life story.

I am 20 years old male, doing bachelors in computer science, living in a very messed up third-world country. Currently residing with my parents & 2 siblings (my elder sister & younger brother). My father is a patient of diabetes & high blood pressure. My mom has high blood pressure too. My sister has completed her bachelors (commerce) & after unsuccessfully searching for a job, she became a teacher in a local school (she is divorced also, which is a long & heart-breaking story). My brother is a student of grade 6.

We always have been financially weak (we don't own a house or car, living in a rented apartment) & due to this, my parents have been fighting regularly since as long as I can remember. My father's income is very low & we can't even make ends meet with his income so I am doing a part-time job in a restaurant as a waiter & with total amount me & my father brings, we are just surviving. We never go out or have a day off or spend some time with family. Every member of the family is depressed. Due to depression & illness, my father is getting weaker & weaker but he is still strong at heart. I know it.

But day by day, its getting harder for us to survive. Prices are going up daily of food items, electricity bills, rent, school/university fees etc. Inflation is at peak in my country. Even the petrol(gas) prices go up monthly so the public transportation is becoming very costly.

Due to my job, I can't concentrate on my studies & grades are going down very fast (from 3.2 GPA to 2.6 in my last semester). Now, I am in my second last year of bachelors but I haven't paid last two month's fees & last week, I got a letter from university that if I don't clear my dues then I will be kicked off. I went to the dean & had a talk, explained everything but he just made some excuses & refused to help me. I just don't have any money to pay my fees, I am already paying my brother's school fee. In my country, there are almost no student loan providers - one or two that are present, asks a lot of interest.
Also, I doubt I'll find any job after graduation in this economy so whats the point?
BTW each semester fee is Rs. 43k (which makes it around USD $450 and I have 3 semesters left out of 8) its next to impossible :/

I want to take an year off my studies but its not an option. I have to complete my 4 year degree program at once and if I take a year off, I will have to repeat the whole program (again fees).

My father has turned 63 this year & he will get retired from his job at 65. So, I have 2 years to get a full paying job to support my family or else we are doomed. My mother is not very educated so she can't do any job. My sister is a teacher, but her income is very low so she is only able to support herself.

Now the main problem is my tuition money. If I can somehow manage my fees then I can work out on all the other issues. I just need some help here. Believe me I don't like charities but this is my only option now. I am desperate.
