This young man is my big brother sam

sam was diagnosed with osteosarcoma on November 23, 2009, at age 14. Osteosarcoma is a cancer of the bone, with just 400 cases diagnosed in children under age 20 per year in the us. 

sam's treatment included a hip replacement, hours of physical therapy, four thoracotomies, several minor surgeries, biopsies, and months of chemo. In May of 2012 they found out the cancer had spread to his pelvis and lungs. Dr sad that if we contenu the treatement , there s hope for him ,but after 2 years of treatement we didn t have any money left for sam , we need a little help from the good people out there to save my little brother , he is my inspiration and i love him so much , i can t lose him right now !
