Campaign Story
My 10 year old son Prasad, has been affected by a disease called Steven Johnson Syndrome (SJS), which is a rare but a serious one. It causes your skin to blister and peel off and affects your mucus membranes, too. Blisters also form inside your body, making it hard to eat, swallow, even pee.
Prasad has been in the ICU since April 30, 2016 in Dr. Mehta’s Nursing home in Chennai, India. His lungs has been severely affected and has difficulty in breathing and is on ventilation. The doctors have been treating him for skin, eyes, liver and lungs. He also has dengue fever and is being treated for that as well.
I have already spent all my savings, taken loans from my friends and have even pledged my wife's jewelry. I have been spending all my time in the hospital waiting to hear some recovery news from the doctors. Appreciate your kind donation to continue the treatment cost for my son to save him from Steven Johnson Syndrome disease. Thanks.
