Hello, the attached video clip and photos are of Kabugo Jeremiah of 4 years old, who lost his father staying with a poverty stricken mum who survives on what the orphanage could provide Kabugo was born with neurological disorder called macrocephaly but until few days ago Kabugo started into much intellectual disability and sizures we went for treatment but nothing can be done the doctor has recommended a surgery which is the only thing that can save his life which is costly for us to handle the surgery costs $16,000 his surgery is scheduled 7th November 2023 we ask you to pray and consider helping Kabugo to see the next good days.
