This page is to raise awareness about Biliary Atresia and to help us gather funds for Liver transplant of Kendra which is the only way to save her life.
I am Kimberly Rose Racaza , from Metro Manila Philippines . We are writing this letter in behalf of my daughter, Kendra Racaza Carcillar– who has been diagnosed to have Biliary Atresia, a rare disease in the liver which needs to have an operation . The doctor who diagnosed her illness have recommended us that she really needs to have a liver transplant operation. We were advised to raise 4-5million pesos (90,000 USD) for this procedure, provided that there will be no other complications, and this will be done in Taiwan, the cheapest place to have the operation. We are merely employees working for our starting family and our income is not sufficient to raise the amount of our Grand daughter.
In lieu of this, we humbly seek for financial assistance to raise the funds we needed for my daughter’s operation. Both of us are determined to do everything and anything to save my daughter’s life. We will be eternally grateful for your kindness and generosity.
We are forever indebted to people like you who would be part in saving and seeing our child grow healthy and in good condition.
We have opened a bank account for donations related to my daughter’s medication. We sincerely appreciate any assistance that you can give to help us raise the needed funds for her operation. Update posted by Mark Carcillar at 07:09 amToday is the 1 month post Kasai Operation of Baby Kendra. The color of her poop is still pale and hasn't changed even before and after the operation. We're hoping and praying that her poop will improve. God only knows the answer. Earlier, we went to the nearest Health Center
