Dahab strays

I am raising funds for animals that are in need of emergency care and after care if needed. Me and a group of people want to help strays that are in need and of course spay and neuter to manage population. In Dahab most of the town are animal lovers and help in whatever way they can but it became very overwhelming for many as every resident has dogs and cats and can't offer a place for injured animals that will be needing after care. We r already helping despite the funds but it is very overwhelming and if we don't get funds we will not be able to help a big number of animals. I already have a place to keep cats for aftercare but that also is rent money to be paid. Also I have created a petition a few month ago and got Many signatures to take to the gov. To try to get a land to build a shelter as we need a big place to keep as many dogs especially puppies and injured animals and animals that are in need of aftercare or can no longer live in the streets.

What we will do with the funds:

1- to keep the place we r renting for aftercare for cats (rent is 4000 only) it's semi equipped we just need a few things where we can manage wild cats

2- the land given to us by the gov. Will be at no cost but the cost is to build a big house for volunteers to live in as this is not a one-man job and this house also will be equipped for senior dogs that need extra care we will be needing to also build kennels to keep dogs in we at least need 5 kennels at first and a place to keep nursing females as if we find a nursing female we have. To take her in to spay her after finishing taking care of the babies. Mainly we will be concentrated on helping the ones that can't live on the streets or threatened or abandoned and of course puppies as they are most likely to get just on the streets and senior dogs that need help. Of course also spay and neuter is a must.

3- we already have 2 cats and 8 dogs

The two cats are being treated one of them has an eye problem and needs operation and she also needs to be spayed

The other cat we don't know yet what she has as we need to run some tests

The 8 dogs are in 3 locations and they are all spayed and neutered and we r feeding them in there locations that we assigned the but there r threats to poison them and we have no where to keep them so this is why this project is very important

4- we have 5 other cats already treated one of them is blind and they can't live on the streets so we are keeping them till they get adopted we also need to spay and neuter 3 of them.

Do we only take strays off the streets? The answer is no we spay and neuter and we re-home them after taking care of them and providing them training so they are home and leach trained and adoptions are locally and internationally

We have already gathered funds for a cat that had to go to Cairo for an operation and unfortunately we lost her her heart stoped 3 times in the operation we even gathered more than she needed and we using the extra money for the two cats in our position.

We will update u with all the cases that we worked on over the years and any ongoing case.

We have high hopes that we will get the funds we need so we can proceed to help the ones that can't ask for help the silent ones that make our lives so much better. Please ur donations are needed for us to create a better place for these animals.
