save a life with a dollar

my elder brother John Kimanzi developed a swell on his groins something that he kept away from us all (family) due to our culture. however his condition kept on getting worse day by day. when the pain became unbearable he approached me (something that is against our traditions bearing in mind am his minor) after informing dad he recommended john be taken to a healer for cleansing. the healer advised my brother abstain from sex for a fortnight,however there were no tangible results.

my family does not have much so we have sold our cow and the little things we own to fund his medication. it breaks my heart hearing my brother hurting. we took his to local medics that described his condition quite unusual. as i type he has been put on medication to ease the pain as he waits for us to gather money for him to me taken to Kenyatta national hospital where hopefully hes to undergo a surgery to chop off his manhood. the doctors then recommend he be flied to south Africa for specialized medical attention.

i therefore call upon people of good will from all walks of life support our family during this hard time. because i believe when we come together everything is possible. you might not have met me or my family but human unlike animals we are united by one thing conscience. i hope and pray that you find it in your heart to help us undergo this together.
we are currently appealing for a 2500$ for him to undergo the surgery.
