Save a friend with pericardial effusion

A close friend I consider my brother was recently diagnosed with pericardial effusion , a condition of having excessive fluid between the heart and the sac surrounding the heart. and it hasn't been easy for him especially during rainy season or on cold nights. He's been in and out the hospital and now having to take 14-16 pills per day to calm the pain and reduce the fluids.

Unfortunately he does not have enough funds or access to medical aid to undergo operation to reduce these fluids. We seek donations as soon as possible to assist him undergo treatment and or operation. The funds will help with medical bills and care.
