Save A Dad’s Life

As most of us welcomed year 2022 with high hopes of a more abundant, healthier and happier year, we welcomed it with a heavy heart and fear of losing another parent, our Dad.

After his colonoscopy last December, 1st week of January when we got the biopsy results of our dad, and turned out that the mass found in his body was confirmed malignant/cancerous. He was diagnosed with sigmoid adenomacarcinoma, or also known as Colon Cancer.

Due to his age and agressiveness of the mass found, cancer cells are briskly multiplying and we were advised of immediate colorectal surgery to remove the mass (and invaded parts) to prevent worse effect on his body and of course, to his life.

Our dad is a widower for 5 months only due to Covid. We did not have much time to battle with our Mom's illness and lost her, but now is a different story. Though it may have been a blessing in disguise that we found out his condition at an earlier time, we do not want to take the risk of losing our only parent left.

We have been financially drained when we lost our mom and have not coped up yet. We were advised of the huge amount needed to do the surgery this month. Though we may have raised a little fund since then, we are still far from the amount needed not just for his surgery but also for his post ops and succeeding monitoring tests. Thus, we are humbly knocking at your hearts to help us in any amount to raise the needed amount for his surgery.

We only have 2 weeks to raise the budget needed and we would highly appreciate all the help that we can get from your generous hearts and pockets. Any amount will be of big help to us.
