Hi po, Good day to everyone. My name is Samuel John 11 years old coming on 12 this February 19,2022, Ako po ay masaya at malungkot, I'm happy because of my upcoming Birthday and sad because i have diabetes and hindi ko po ma enjoy ang aking birthday dahil sa aking sakit but i'm really trying hard to smile and make my day always good and pleasant. Please help me celebrate my birthday memorable and enjoyable, i would like to ask for your support and help. Dahil sa aking sakit na diabetes kami po ay nakakaranas ng financial problem because of my expensive weekly check up, laboratory test and medicine and needed diet that I need to follow po. Sana po matulungan nyo po kami at aking magulang para sa medical needs ko po as a diabetic child/person. Maraming maraming salamat, God Bless to all
