S.O.S - Sojourn of a Seer Well, it will be highly audacious to advertise myelf as someone who fits perfectly in all the above meanings, but it is indeed what I am. Graduated as an Electrical Engineer, I faced the grim world of unemployment quite early. As a newbie, I snapped for the moment. Gradually, I tried to find any other door of that dark close room called hopelessness. It took time, but I found not only one, but some more doors those will lead me to different avenues of life. And those have nothing to do with material or monetary uplift as superficial rise. But something related to my psyche and sense to understand my surroundings, what I never cared to learn before. I am into theosofical learnings for some time, occult, mysticism etc. Photography happened to me by chance as I was a given a junk broken compact digital camera that I repaired myself and started shooting. What I found remarkable in this particular field of creativity is that it demands good knowledge of mysticism to portray the human and nature to stand out in the crowd. Hope you will find some resonance in my works.
So far I have travelled within the boundary of my city but of late I am thinking to spread my wings a little beyond. What best to choose the country who has shaped the modern world at the most? I have been linked to Great Britain in many ways, notably through some wonderful real life friends with colourful persona. And I maintain it is the best place to learn the socio-cultural evolution of the world, as the protector of heritage, British people from all walks of life excel best in the world. Thugh there are so many countless works of many maestros who portrayed the isle life, living and nature in many ways, I think there is still some room for me to see and show it differently. Your benevolent backing will help me to sail through it, literally. I will document my findings in a memoir photobook of size 8" x 8" , both in digital and print versions for my backers as reward.
