Campaign Story
On Saturday 28 May 2022, my son David and I aim to complete 7.3 km in the Roll 'n' Run wheelchair event as part of the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg 2022.
David has cerebral palsy (CP) and uses a wheelchair to get around. CP is the most common form of childhood physical disability.
You can support us by making a donation to cerebra.lu asbl - a new association that we have just launched for people with CP in Luxembourg to:
- be a place where people with CP, as well as their families and the professionals who work with them, can meet and share their experiences
- raise awareness about CP in society
- represent the interests of people with CP
- network with CP-related organisations in other countries
- raise funds to support CP-related causes in Luxembourg and the developing world
- promote research into CP
