Please help me on my transition, maintenance and preparation for top surgery if possible

Hello peeps, i've been struggling all my life not knowing how to deal with my real self, i almost gave up and just want to leave the world but i saw happy people that did their best, tried and still trying to achieve the life that they really dreamt of, i will try myself to be a better a person than before... And i know its hard to do this without support thats why im asking and begging if you guys can help me on my meds and some medical expenses for the surgery (if possible) i will promise to strive hard to achieve this goal, and in return once im already capable i will help people that suffer that same thing.

I want to end hating my life, i want to start all over again, i will try harder this time, i will ask help and beg if needed, for me to achieve this goal.
