On Feb20th, 2014 my mom was diagnosed with a large gastric ulcer along withsevere anemia with AKI(Acute kidney injury) which is a form of stomach cancer.  We have been advised by the best doctors of our stateof Assam, India to go to another statefor better and immediate treatment.  Due to the negative biopsy test result they are not willing take the risk of themajor surgery but they have given us assurance of85% that this is cancer. The treatment is intense and will be grueling, but is what the doctors feel is necessary to cure my mom. Nothing in my life matters more than saving my mom’s life.  We have no other medical coverage for my mom, so all expenses must be paid out of pocket by the family.  As her only son, living far away from home in Chennai, this huge financial pressure falls to me to ensure that she gets the treatment she needs.  She will require many expensive treatments, and costly travel to get her to the best hospitals in the country which are near my current home.  With my situation, I am not able to provide the funds that we will need to get her this treatment. I am grateful to my friend Meg, who has been such a great emotional support and introducedme to this helpful platform. Any contribution that you are willing to donate towards our fight to get Mom back to health means the world to us and your kindness will forever remain in our hearts. God bless all. Thank you! Gratefully, Ridip Sharma Tangla ,Assam (India) +919176824382
