Research and Develope A System For Education of Special Children Swimming And Environment Protection

VICTORIANS Swimming Club is a non-profit registered club in Malaysia which officially founded in Year 2013. Currently, VICTORIANS Swimming Club is operating by a team members who honored with few professional certifications in Swimming coaching, Sports Science and Diet & Nutrition, all of which are also recognized in other countries. We are organizer of SWIMFEST, the swimming competition event in Malaysia which are well established in few social media such as on Facebook and YouTube, and we have also been published in magazines and newspapers.

My name is YY Leong, age 36. The President of the Swimming club leading a group of young dynamic coaches who had retired from their athlete’s life. A wheel by passions, we wish our skills and expertise to be well utilized towards a society. On top of nurturing children to explore their potiential, we wish to do more!

The objective of the fundraising is to setup a campus and to start 2 research & development projects which are stated below:

1). Develop a Swimming Teaching System for Special Children. Cater these little from the zero to competitive level, until is able to connect with Special Olympic for competition. We hope these children are able to get nurtures as what others children have. We may ready various of subsidy plan to support the orphans and kids from poor. To ensure number of tutor is sufficient to supply, we will prepare a proper courses to produce more tutor for future.

2). Create a mature community of environmental protection including a proper organization for further development, education system for children and parents, humanitarian and culture influences and etc. We will corporate with Malaysian professionals and from other countries as long as who have a same value of mindset, and then organize more public social responsible activities such as recycle campaign in town, coral restoration , sea and beach cleaning, recycled campaign, trees & mangrove nurturing, and all the research and laboratory study. To gather more volunteers work with us, we have to prepare a training short course for a volunteer to become a qualified crew.

The total cost of setup for these project is USD225000, and the amount which we need to fundraising is USD125000 in minimum. To ensure this project ever green, we will use the income source from our own Swimming Academy to sustain the project in future.
