Rescue Cat in Need of Surgery

On July 5, Malou the stray cat, fell victim to a hit and run incident.

She was thankfully brought to the vet later that evening. However, results show her right hip was completely crushed and her entire hind right leg needs to be amputated. Furthermore, the clinic suspects Malou the cat may probably have internal bleeding in addition to a myriad of other complications. We considered putting her down because of how serious her injuries were, but Malou the cat began grooming herself on the way to the scheduled euthanasia. Meowing cheerfully and dragging herself despite great pain towards whoever was calling her name. It was a moment that warmed my heart and since then, I felt like she still has a fighting chance.

While I have already paid for her initial confinement and medical fees these past few days, I can no longer sustain her needs alone as the costs have amounted to 6055 PHP so far. Your small act of kindness can lead to a meaningful recovery for this once neglected feline. Any amount is appreciated.
