Rehabilitation Assistance

Hello good day! I'm Mark Publico. 22 yrs. Old. I'm from Cebu, Philippines. I'm here because I am hoping that in this way my family problem will solve. Bare me if I have grammatical errors cause I don't know where and how I start this but I'll do my best just to make you understand.

I have an older brother. His name is Jovel Publico. He is 26 years old. He even went to college then. The course he took was BSIT-ET. He was in 3rd year college when he stopped studying and now he suffered of mental illness for almost 5 years.

For five years we received only beatings, resentments and sacrifices from him. I really feel pity for my mother and to my youngest sister because he always hurts them both, beats them and makes them obey to all his commands. When he wants something and needs to buy it, when my mother doesn't buy it right away, he will beat our mother. Sometimes our youngest sister, he hurts her when she does not follow his orders. Sometimes when he is very angry he will take sharp objects but when he sleeps soundly my youngest sister will also quickly take the knife, scissors and fork and then we will hide it in a place where he can no longer find it.

We have taken him to the mental hospital many times, he was one day there for because when the doctor asked him he could answer correctly. In fact, when he is injected, he will return to his normal thinking when he is injected and he takes his medicine regularly but there are days when he does not want to take medicine and when we push him to take his medicine, he gets angry and he will hurt my mother.

We had a fight before because I really ran out of patience with him but every time we had a fight, my mom immediately intervened. My mom said I should just understand because she is mentally ill but if you are the one in our situation you will really run out of patience with her.

His recovery would have continued if he had just taken the medicine regularly but one day his brain would actually turn around and suddenly he would no longer take his medicine and when we pushed he would get angry so we just let him. My mother, I see her crying because she is very tired. She is tired of my older brother because he is always hurt her. She seems to be fed up with the problem. So that's why I stopped studying and just looked for a job because I was hoping to get my older brother into rehabilitation but my salary was not enough to pay for rehabilitation bills.

If we put him in rehabilitation his recovery will be easier and he will not be able to delay taking his medicine because someone can take good care of him and if we put him in rehabilitation we will be safe because no one will try to kill us.

To those with good hearts there. I am Mark, asking for your help for the rehabilitation of my older brother who has a brain disease even if we do not know each other or bleed, I hope you can still help me. No matter how much it costs big or small but for me that is a big help. Helping is not in the amount or in the pocket, it is up to you to open your palm to those people in need.

I just found out that rehabilitation costs a lot, so whoever has good and helpful hearts there, I hope you can help me to solve this problem.
