Recreational space for children

Kids in Kenya have to mature in a very young age in order to support their families financially or with house Labor. Naturally, they miss out their valuable childhood and adolescence, a phase which is very important for developing individual pathways. Often they are ignorant about the many options and possibilities that they have besides the usual work that they are familiar with. A very drastic issue that come along with the lack of perspective and child Labor is drug abuse or the involvement in criminal activities.

The project is focused on empowering children and youngsters in their hobbies and interests. It offers a space of recreation in Malindi, where every child is encouraged to get inspired whether by art, theatre, poetry, sports and much more.
