Hello, I'm Farah, a 40-year-old epileptic woman from Malaysia. For the last three years, I have been taking care of my mother, who had colon cancer. Her illness forced me to resign from my well-paying job and to put off my own ovarian cyst surgery. Sadly, she died in November 2022 and while I am coping with her passing, I do not have enough savings to handle my own debts and expenses while also undergoing treatment for my own regular illnesses. I got into a low-paying job in customer service because there aren't a lot of opportunities for someone my age in my country. I will find a way to fund my ovarian cyst surgery eventually but right now, I want to take care of my most pressing concerns: my student loan and my car debt.

I will need USD 5000in total to handle both debts and after site fees. I hope to pay off both debts by the end of 2023. After that, I will find ways to get back on my feet and find a new way forward in life—which has been really hard to do when I have this much debt each month and only get paid 428 usd each month. Any amount you can give me is appreciated. I will not be able to repay your kindness, but I promise to pay it forward any way I can to others who may need my help in the future, when I am capable of helping.

I also want to stress that there is no pressure to donate, especially if you must prioritize yourself right now. Thank you all the same.
