I am requesting help in behalf of my friends John Mark Aquino, Angelo Aquino, Jesse Aquino, Jomar Aquino and Daryll Mabeza and their extended families living in their houses who work as construction workers earning on daily basis only. Their daily income barely make ends meet. Houses in their compound in Katipunan St., Marikina City are burnt to the ground last March 30, 2018, with 15 families including their parents and siblings were among those affected. They were not able to save anything. I am launching this campaign as requested by my friends to enable them to donate and help rebuild their homes as soon as possible. Our team will offer free labor to build their houses. At the moment, we are also giving immediate assistance to provide food, clothes, toiletries, cooking utensils and other consummables needed everyday while we find ways to finance expenses for materials. Currently, all of them including their children are staying in a crowded tent, with no toilets. Any help that can be extended to them is highly appreciated. We will send pictures and updates where each donation is going. Thank you so much!
Update: April 20, 2018
Thank you to everyone who extended a helping hand. We were able to raise 9,500 in cash through the generosity of some friends. We were able to buy some hollow blocks, sand, gravel, cement. Still not enough to complete their houses. We are still accepting donations . All donors are given complete reports of O.Rs, materials bought, pictures where the materials are used. Progress of building; only partial walls built as of today. Our team is doing the labor works for FREE. Donations accepted via attached gogetfund campaign and deposits thru bpi acct 0076 0092 32. Thank you...
