Raising money to appreciate mom

Guys help us raise funds to appreciate our mom. She is a very hardworking woman that we hold dear to our hearts. I know I can't be able to replicate everything that she has done for us but I hope that this relatively small gesture will help show how much we love her. Here's the deal, a few years back we as a family were struggling with rent issues so the solution at the time was moving from cheap to cheaper areas to live. This turned out to be a problem because some of the areas we moved into were sometimes risky and unsafe especially for us teenagers. My mom knew the situation and she was not comfortable with us growing up in those kind of neighborhoods. So one day our mom calls all three of us me and my two brothers to her room and explains to us that we will be moving soon and that she has started building a house on a land they had bought with my father many years back. We asked her where the money would come from and she explained that she had taken a huge loan in order to build the house and that it was going to cut a huge amount of his paycheck. We were against the idea as we thought that honestly it can't get any worse this but she encouraged us telling us that we will push through and that the house will give stability to the family as a whole. She kept at it and true to her words a few months later we were packing our bags and moving to our new home. The house was huge and beautiful and up to this day I still can't believe how she managed to pull such a move. It's been over a year now living in this house at a peaceful neighborhood and so much serenity. We just love it! However, the downside to all this is that we feel our mom is really struggling now more than ever because of the strain the loan has on her paycheck. She sometimes worry too much about all the financial responsibilities she has which often makes her stressed and sick. My brothers and I have decided to show a token of appreciation to our mom for what she has done for us. We figured her birthday is coming soon, on 29 September, and we want to surprise her and do something special for her. Our mom really loves that house maybe because of what she put in to build it from the ground up. She is always talking about how beautiful it will be when it's all finished and she goes crazy when she finds we've made a mess. So we decided to take the step ourselves and finish the house for her. She has already done so much and what's left as you can see from the pictures is just adding curtains to the windows downstairs, the kitchen and a few rooms need painting and the floor done. We'd like to start working on it on her birthday month so hopefully we would have raised enough money by September. Thank you for being a part of appreciating the best mom in the world!
