Raising for Renee

We are raising funds for our mom's surgery to beat cancer!

This has been a tough year for everyone, and we know that we are all facing our own 2020 challenges. Our family has been hit especially hard this year. Our mom, Renee ("Irene" to friends, "Baby" to family), was found to have an adenocarcinoma, a type of cancerous tumor, in her stomach lining. She is diagnosed to be suffering from stomach cancer, stage 1. Thankfully, the doctors' prognosis is positive, but time is critical.

The first step will be for her to undergo Radical Subtotal Gastrectomy, major surgery to remove the part of her stomach where the tumor is lodged. The estimated cost of the surgery is about Php700,000, not including her post surgery care and medication. Unfortunately, we have already gone through so much medical bills, with three hospital confinements since September, numerous tests, and consultations with specialists and her regular doctors.

We are now asking for any help that you are able to extend to help us augment the payment of her hospital bills and post-surgical care. Any amount you can spare will be most welcome and greatly appreciated. May we also ask you to include her healing and recovery in your prayers?
